Leaving Espanola on US HWY 84
- After you pass the last stop
light in Espanola, which will have a Phillips 66 Convience
Station on your left, you will travel approximately 13 miles.
- At mile marker #204, start
slowing down to turn right onto Drive #1615 which marked
by a small blue sign.
- Travel down the dirt road,
and at the fork go right. If in doubt, look at the
top of the left gate post and you will see the "Turtle"
sign.
Leaving Abiquiu on US HWY 84
- After you pass through the
small town of Abiquiu, mainly consisting of Bode's General
Store, you will travel approximately 7 miles.
- At mile marker #205, start
slowing down to turn left onto Drive #1615 which will be
approximately 8/10 of a mile past the marker.
- Look for small blue sign marked
#1615.
- Travel down the dirt road and
at the fork, go right. If in doubt, look at the top
of the left gate post and you will see the "Turtle"
sign.
